Our building is NOT ADA compliant. There is no elevator, so you must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the office for in-person appointments.
No shows and cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged $75. A late showing of 10 minutes (without notice) or more will also be considered a “no show” and will accrue a $75 fee.
We are only able to offer services to legal residents of WA state, and cannot offer free discovery consultations. All lab work will be sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp.
